Following the issue of Legislative Decree 231/2001 which establishes the administrative responsibility, as well as criminal and civil, of the companies, the Board of Directors of Vezzani spa has decided to adapt to the aforementioned legislation by adopting its own "Management Model and Control pursuant to Legislative Decree 231 ".

Company and history

Vezzani Spa was founded in 1943 when it was decided to industrially start the production, already a family tradition, of cemetery accessories in stainless steel. As everyone knows, the material that has always been the protagonist of funerary art, both for historical tradition and for its centuries-old qualities, is bronze, Vezzani through the introduction of steel made an important step forward in the sector, as this material made it possible to overcome all the difficulties involved in the chroming of bronze. Since then, the rapid growth of the company occurred through the introduction of new items and ever greater variations and through the industrialization of production, from the oldest and most valuable method of lost wax casting, to ground casting, up to die casting that allows industrialization through the production of large quantities at a lower cost and quality. Over the years Vezzani has always placed itself as a precursor within its sector by introducing important innovations that have allowed it to become the leading company that today is on the market.
In the 1980s, through the creation of the first porcelain products, the company revolutionized the sector: this new material in its delicate superficiality encloses a strong resistance to time and weather, requiring no maintenance, easily combining with any type of surface. From that moment on, other materials and new products were introduced and the geographical expansion of the company began in an increasingly massive way, which today has led it to be a leading company at European and world level. Over the years and with the maturity of the market, diversification began first at the product level, gradually entering new sectors, and new markets, then at the level of prices and services. The success of the Vezzani group is due to the experience gained over the years that places the needs of its customers at the center of every decision, offering not only a complete range of products made with the best and most advanced technologies, but also a complete service assistance, information and advice.
